Correctional Officers are fighting an unknown war

Amongst those paying the greatest price of crime and incarceration are Correctional Officers. On average, every hour of the day a Correctional Officer is attacked by an offender. CO’s rarely feel safe, and are more likely to suffer from combat zone type PTSD. Many Correctional Officers suffer in silence. We want to provide the tools to help you defeat stress and prevent it from winning the war over your life and home.

We are an organization partnering with local TDCJ Units and their communities to serve Correctional Officers and their families.
Here's our model:

Empower
Correctional Officers

Resource CO’s with tools that will reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and serve their mental and spiritual needs.

Encourage
Correctional Units

Strengthen TDCJ Units by encouraging an environment of support, compassion, open communication, and teambuilding.

Engage
Communities

Educating and activating the local community to provide support for Correctional Officers and their families.

You should not lose your life in protecting our lives.

Invite us in to your (silent) conversation. We need you and we want you to have a sense of peace, stability and fulfillment in your daily life. We want to encourage and empower you for the very reason you chose to serve us as a Correctional Officer. Let us come along side of you, your family and your unit. Email us to begin the conversation and subscribe to the “Up and Armored” daily podcast.
